Cancellations/No Shows: In the event of appointment cancellation, Client must notify Wash & Wag Grooming by phone, email or text at least 36 hours prior to scheduled appointment, less than 36 hours notice may result in an additional $25.00 added to Clients next appointment invoice at Groomers discretion. No Shows will be invoiced a fee of $25.00, which must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.
Flea/Tick Policy: Fleas and Ticks will not be tolerated, Client is responsible for keeping their pet flea and tick free. If Groomer finds flea or tick infestation, there will be a $75.00 fee for fumigation and cleaning of grooming salon added to Clients appointment invoice.
New clients: Must complete required intake forms, incomplete or non-returned forms and required information will result in appointment cancellation. Additional terms and conditions are listed on intake forms (including but not limited to grooming agreement, release form for matted pets, client information card, pet sitting agreement, pet sitting information disclosure).
After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.
Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
